(Reference Herd Sire)
SE HEY DAY DOB 5/10/2004
Hey Day is no longer with us, but he got us off to a
good start. His thick lateral horns and tricolored
coat (white, red, and parker brown) really made
him stand out in whatever pasture he chose to
visit. Hey Day was a grandson of the great
longhorn bulls, Boomerang CP and Primero Class.
NIGHT'S LUCKY DAY DOB 7/13/2007 HERD SIRE
"Lucky" has Hey Day's tricolored head and cape with tricolored speckles everywhere else.
His horns are taking off and he's very sociable. Definitely stands out here in Angus country.
His first calf was born to Lucille's Party Girl Jan. 7, 2010.

MATTHEW 5:17 DOB 3/11/2006
"Matt" is a product of Joe Assad's outstanding
breeding program. He sure did add a lot of color to
our herd, just what we wanted from him. In January
1996, the Texas Longhorn Journal published a
survey of it's readers naming "The Greatest Texas
Longhorn Herd Sires of All Time". Matthew 5:17 has
ALL eleven of those great bulls in his ancestry and
they appear over sixty times!
